PRINCETON, NJ (SMI-GLOBAL-WOMEN-SPORTS-UNIVERSITY-02-22-24, 2025)-The Princeton Women's swimming & diving team won its 3rd consecutive Ivy League crown after registering 1479 points overall during 4-day 2025 Ivy League championship tournament at Denunzio Pool, Princeton, University.
The Tigers with the victory claimed its third consecutive Ivy Title for the second time since 2006-2008, and 26th overall in the university athletics program history.
Princeton earned the 2025 Ivy title by winning ten events overall during the 4-day championship including 5-individual heats, three relays and 2-diving events.
Highlights :
Swimmer Eleanor Sun shared the Co-high Point swimmer of the meet with Harvard's Alexandra Bastone after winning the 200 Butterfly, 200 IM, 400 IM and was part of the team relay that won the 400 & 800 freestyle relay.
In the Diving scene; Charlotte Martinkus won totaling 336.10 points in 3-Meter Diving in both diving events and was named the High Point Diver of the Meet for the second time in her career.
