NYU Head Coach and players Comments at the Post-game press conference about breaking through and advancing to the NCAA Div III Final Four:
Meg Barber (NYU Head Coach):I'm ecstatic for our program to got over the hump having stopped in two Elite-8, the last two seasons. And advance to the final four and do it at home in front of such a supportive students, friends and family base to cheer us it meant so much.
Natalie Bruns : I feel very emotional, this is something we've been working for not only since the last year we lost in the Elite-8 but two years ago. We saw what we hope to be able to do in that environment for ourself knowing the years and years of work that we putting and actually seeing through is a feeling that I can not describe
Belle Pellecchia: I'm so excited and I'm probably going to start crying. I couldn't been more exciting and proud with this group of girls everyone single one of them. I'm so happy to have done it in our home court and it's an indescribable feeling.
Megan Bauman: It's been unreal since the day step foot in NYU. The program that function the players have built and the legacy has been carry on and the tradition has been carry on I think it speaks the volume how great the team has been in the past. Several years making into the past two Elite -8, and now making into the final four I feel we had over the hump and now we are going to celebrate and look forward to next week.
