                                 in Home's Opener !

NEW YORK (SMI-WIRE,03.15.15) The NYC F.C. soccer team made a historic home debut by defeating the New England Revolution 2-0 in front of 43,507 fans who attended to witness the born of a new professional soccer team in the Big Apple during a chilly sunday's  afternoon at the legendary Yankees Stadium. 

David Villa scored for New York in the 19th minutes of the first half assisted by Ned Grabavoy.Spaniard top striker Villa took the ball at the left  side of the field & passed it to Grabavoy who immediatly touched it back then Villa split two defenders and shot the ball inside the far right post."I was very happy to score the goal for the fans who came to see us during this chilly weather and so tehy can go home happy " said David Villa at postgame press conference.

Patrick Mullins added the second goal at the 84th minutes

to make it 2-0 and sealed the vicotry for NYC F.C.

David Villa ran the ball in the far left of the field in a breakaway and crossed it across to find Patrick Mullen alone and score to the far right post.

"I'm very happy with the performance of the team today and the players who contributed for this victory" said Jason Kreis at postgame press conference."I also want want to thanks to the fans "43,507" fan s who came to support us in this historic home opener at Yankees Stadium" said Kreis after the game.
