The MC Theater Honored Renowned American Actress " Laura Linney " On Its

2019 Annual Miscast Gala in The Big Apple..!

NEW YORK, NY(SMI Entertainment,04.01.19)-Renowned American film, stage & Tv actress, " Laura Linney ", was honored this evening at the MCC Theater's Annual 2019 Miscast Gala, where top leading Broadway' stars attend and perform songs from roles in which they would never be cast at The Manhattan Center's Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC.


The Miscast annual gala, highlight the New York Theater season every year, becoming one of the most talked about and exciting ticket event within the Broaway community for its originality and thrilling effect of entertainment. The gala consist of Broadway super-stars attend and perform songs where most likely would not have a chance to get a cast role, creating a laughter and great experience to actors and the audience.

It also serve as a benefit  Fund event, where all proceeds from Miscast help MCC Theater produce some of the most talked-about new work Off-Broadway and support our Youth Company and in-school partnerships that serve New York City public high school students, as well as our literary development work with emerging playwrights. 

The year 2019 Miscast honoree was Laura Linney, a renowned American Actress, who accolades resume includes being  a Four time Emmy-Award winner, Two time Golden Globe Award winner, and received Three times Academy-award nomination & four times Tony-award nomination during her career.
